TLILIC2001 Licence to operate a forklift truck
 
This unit is based on the requirements of the National Standard for Licencing Persons Performing High Risk Work.  The course provides participants with the competency to safely operate a forklift truck.
 
Course Content
  • This course is ASSESSMENT only.  You will not receive any training when you arrive on the day.
  •  
You will then need to apply to receive your High Risk Licence (please see State/Territory relevant Course Information Brochure below for information).  Additional fees will apply.

  • Performance assessment
  • Calculations assessment 
 
Duration
  • One day (8 hours)
 
Entry requirements
  • English reading, writing and speaking skills
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • A minimum of 10 hours experience on a forklift – you will be asked to sign a declaration to this effect at enrolment.
  • You must read the workbook which will be sent out to you and complete the pre-assessment questions BEFORE you arrive for the course.
