Stepping up to Leadership
This course introduces the skills of leadership and is designed to provide new leaders with an introduction to the skills and knowledge required to effectively manage and communicate with their team. Aimed at aspiring supervisors and team leaders, discussion is prompted from real life case studies and scenarios from participants who find themselves stepping into a leadership position.
