This course provides an understanding of the legal responsibilities of employers towards contractor personnel and of the processes that are necessary to manage the Work Health and Safety of Contractors in accordance with legal requirements. The course is designed for business owners, contract managers and supervisors responsible for managing contractors.
 

The course will include information about the responsibilities of principal contractors and others under the new WHS legislation; including the processes required for developing Safe Work Method Statements and communication on site between duty holders under the WHS Act.
