Civil Train SA has a large bank of plant specialists with years of experience across a variety of sectors who collectively can train and assess in all types of mobile plant used in civil, mining and extractive industries. 

At the Bio Site SA:

With our live works site just 3 minutes walk from our Centre of Excellence in Thebarton, we have a full range of plant  directly available for training and assessment, including excavators, front end loaders, skid steers, dump trucks, water cart, tip truck, roller and backhoe.

REGIONAL TRAINING:

Civil Train SA delivers plant training and assessment all across the State.  With a facility in Port Augusta, we are particularly primed to service the Northern area. Whether you are in Port LIncoln, Moomba or Mount Gambier, we can come to you!

SIMULATION:

Interested in incorporating simulation into your training?  Or are you an employer that would like to use simulation as part of a Verification of Competency (VoC) process?  Civil Train SA has the largest Civil Construction Simulation Centre in the Southern Hemisphere with over 20 Cat and Volvo simulators, adding flexibility, innovation and value to your training.  Not based in Adelaide?  Don't worry, we have Mobile Training Units with in-built simulators that can come to you!

          

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS FOR USING LOAD SHIFTING EQUIPMENT IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA

To prove competency, operators of load shifting equipment must provide one of the following:
